So I’ve been listening lately a lot of Skrillex and his remixes.. so cool sounds that will surely get you going! Included here one excellent piece with Korn, also introducing the first single release from Nightwishs new album.
The feelings for this mix are starting with more serious attitude (tracks 1-5) then we start warming up for a party (track 6).. and then it’s full on partying from track 7 forward. The last 3 tracks highlight the program and turn it into a heavy workout: N.E.R.D – 122rpm fast driving (easier phase in the middle), Nightwish 5 minutes of heavy climbing and ending with Skrillex…. SPRINTS!!!
